A clear understanding.

What Effikos provides

Effikos is owned and operated by Tochukwu Tech and AI Academy Limited, United Kingdom, with contact address 33 Bevan Court, Dunlop Street, Warrington, WA4 6AA, England, United Kingdom.

Effikos provides grade calculators, optional account storage and educational information. You may use the calculators without an account. Account saving is available without a paid subscription. No paid consulting or scholarship-application service is offered through the rebuilt website.

Use results in context

Results depend on your inputs and the selected calculation model. Your institution decides eligible credits, grade mappings, repeat treatment, progression requirements and official rounding. An Effikos result is not an official transcript, admissions decision or guarantee of a grade. Check the methodology and the applicable institutional policy.

Your account and records

Use information you are entitled to provide and keep access to your account secure. Do not access another person’s records or share sign-in links or passwords. You control the information you enter; using Effikos does not transfer ownership of your academic records to us. You allow us to process and store your workbooks to provide the features you request, as described in Privacy.

Keep an export of records that are important to you. Saved revisions help track changes, but the service is not a substitute for institutional records. You can delete workbooks or your personal account using the account controls.

Scholarships and external websites

Providers set scholarship eligibility, application requirements, deadlines and funding. Check the linked official source before applying. Listings and AI-assisted summaries can contain errors or become outdated; a listing does not guarantee eligibility, admission, funding or endorsement. Applications take place through the official provider, not through Effikos. We do not ask for application fees on a provider’s behalf.

Responsible use

Do not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, upload malicious material, impersonate others or use Effikos for unlawful activity. We may restrict an account where needed to protect the service or investigate misuse. Contact us if you believe access was restricted incorrectly.

Content, availability and corrections

You may link to our guides and use your own calculated results. Third-party material remains subject to its owner’s rights. Contact us before republishing substantial portions of our original editorial content. We may improve or correct features and information, and availability is not guaranteed at all times. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Questions or changes

Contact hello@effikos.com about these terms, a correction or a problem with the service. Material changes will be explained on the site; optional paid features, if introduced later, will have clear terms before purchase.
