Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened and which browser or device you used. Never send passwords, verification links or sign-in codes. You do not need to share a full transcript to report a technical problem.

A calculation or grading policy

Include the calculator name and a small, anonymised example showing the result you expected. For institution-specific rules, send the official policy URL, institution, programme and academic year.

A scholarship listing

Send the Effikos listing URL and the official provider’s correction or application page. We welcome deadline changes, eligibility corrections and new programmes. We do not accept applications or award scholarships on a provider’s behalf.

Privacy and account deletion

You can export a workbook and its history, delete a workbook or delete your personal account in your account. For access, correction, other privacy requests or a legacy Effiko mobile-app deletion request, email us and identify the service concerned. We may need to verify ownership before acting.
