Who can apply

  • Eligible citizenship or protected/refugee status and permanent residence are required.
  • Normally a 2:1 first degree, or a 2:2 plus a relevant postgraduate qualification; contextual exceptions and further exclusions apply.
  • Applicants must need financial support and meet the September 2027 start requirements.

What the funding covers

  • Approved tuition, airfare and a living allowance, with additional support governed by CSC terms.

Documents to prepare

  • Identity evidence, complete higher-education transcripts and at least two qualifying references.

How to apply

  1. Check the full CSC rules and your nominator’s separate requirements.
  2. Apply for your preferred university courses.
  3. Apply to a participating nominator and submit the CSC Central application with required documents.
  4. Check both deadlines: a nominator may close earlier.
