Thank your for your interest in applying for the Effiko Scholarship contest worth a combined $2,000 USD to be shared by 25 undergraduates. This contest is open to undergraduates in Nigeria only. Undergraduates in other countries will be notified when application opens for Effiko Scholarship contest in their countries.

This scholarship is open to every undergraduate in any tertiary institution in Nigeria – University, Polytechnic and College of Education. Our panel of independent judges will go through applications to select the winners. Each cycle of the Effiko Scholarship contest will run for 30 days and winners will be announced within 4 weeks of the close of application.

Each winner will receive N50,000 and there will be 25 winners for each cycle. An undergraduate can apply only once for each cycle but can apply in as many cycles as possible. Multiple applications from a candidate in a particular cycle and/or providing false information will lead to automatic disqualification.

Before you complete the application form, do the following:

• Download the Effiko App – Android or Apple and use it to compute your GPA and CGPA. This is mandatory. If you are a freshman, still download, sign up and update your profile. Also, we will make some announcements about this contest inside the app.
